Have only had the patch test and will start treatment next week. I was very impressed with the venue, easy to get to and staff were friendly and professional . Lana explained the procedure thoroughly before and during the patch test which was pain free! Looking forward to starting my treatment.

The venue is conveniently located & well designed. Lana did a very good job to explain everything during my consultation & made me feel at ease. I already had one laser session & it is definitely much less painful than the other laser I tried a couple years ago at another place.

I've been doing laser for one year and it is absolutely amazing! I love this place! I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with the service and the result...of course!!! Maria and her staff are great people making you feel always very comfortable. I have already recommended to my friends and all of them have started the soprano laser! It is fantastic!!!! I would highly recommend this laser clinic!!!

I purchased eight sessions of the Soprano laser hair removal. I just had my second session yesterday and absolutely love Lana. She is very nice and professional. She is also not shy which is what is needed if you are to want to rid yourself of all the hair!

I absolutely love this place - the ambience and the super-friendly staff make what could be an embarrassing or uncomfortable experience actually rather enjoyable. I had laser hair removal on the chin area and after just one session I noticed a dramatic reduction. After two it has practically all gone but I'll continue with the other 4 to make it a more permanent thing. I am also considering the Hollywood bikini laser sessions because I love this place and the results so much. Highly recommended! Great location too, two minutes walk from Bond Street tube.
