This was my first cut at Purdys and I couldn't fault a single thing. I had the pleasure of Victoria chopping my mop and she not only did she do a fantastic job, but she was so friendly & chatty. It was more like having a cuppa and a natter with an old friend than the usual generic chit chat that are usually occur in your typical salon. Fantastic service all round.

Victoria is one of the loveliest and most interesting people I have ever met! The salon was decorated really well. However, my hair didn’t turn out how I wanted it. It went bright yellow and I was told I would have to pay again to have it re-bleached and that toning it would not help so now I am stuck with yellow hair until I can afford to get it re-done.
