Ive not had a wax for so long and i was worried it would hurt so bad but it did not hurt even slightly as much as i expected. Natalie was amazing, super talkative which is really calming and precise! definitely paying for quality service!! lovely atmosphere and really welcoming. will be coming back !!! :D
