My booking had accidentally been shifted to Alison but the team were so sweet and helpful in changing this back to Natalie and told me not to worry as I felt bad saying I wanted a specific person. It was my first visit after being recommended by my friend and the whole team made me feel really comfortable, were very friendly and really listened to how I usually like my brows. I was really nervous about going somewhere new but I’ve now switched over from my usual brow place (Benitos).
