I called up on the day and asked to change the appointment time a few times, and regardless of how much it seemed I messed them about, the staff was really welcoming and accommodating. Katie was fantastic at the level of service I received, friendly, polite, thorough, and I would 100% recommend again. The wax, VERY surprisingly, didn’t hurt at all, which is the first for me ever.
