Natalie, the staff member who conducted my treatment was extremely friendly and professional. Talked me through each aspect and chatted when I wanted to chat and remained quiet what I wanted to relax. It was pricey but shoulder massage was included in the price and I was given several product samples. Other staff seemed friendly too. Very relaxing atmosphere in the treatment rooms.
