This was my first brazilian and we actually decided to go for a full hollywood. Kay-Lee was incredible at making me feel at ease and explaining the procedure.
She then performed the wax with great skill and even though it was painful for a couple of seconds, by the time I got home I had almost forgotten about it.
I will definitely go back there for all my waxing needs!
