Stylist did not seem confident at all and I needed to direct her on a number of ocassions. I did not feel she understood what I wanted however she did not ask for clarification. Disappointing experience

Did not get what I asked for. I showed the picture (very simple hair style), had to stop the hairdresser few times to point what she was doing wrong but she just carried on and I got a completely different look. Considering that I made the task really easy and it only took a fraction of my booked time (about 15min) I would expect more attention and care

Odd experience. No ambience. 2 people just sitting around on laptops who were staff and no other customers. The place was cold too. Haircut just ok, more of a trim. I will not return.

I would definitely recommend here. I was really impressed with the care taken especially on tinting my eyelashes.
