I had a positive experience from the start. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted in a friendly manner. I felt relaxed and assured that this was a an experienced beautician salon when I saw two regular customers come in, literally just for a chat. The salon was very clean and bright - I like the idea of the sliding doors. It somehow made it feel more welcoming. My treatment was with Annie, who was so friendly and always smiling. She made me feel relaxed and we were talking about anything - it didn’t feel like my first time going there. The waxing was perfect! I’ll be back soon to try out the other beauty treatments.

Nice, friendly staff and very accommodating when I needed to adjust my timing. The facial itself was fantastically relaxing and had clear results. I’ll return when I get the chance. Thank you Pure Essentials!

Ani was amazing, my skin has never felt so healthy! Probably the best value facial I’ve had in London... and I loved the little massage too, so relaxing. Will be making it a regular visit for sure.
