Friendly and tried to make you feel comfortable but the wax was too hot when I arrived so had to wait for it to cool down before could use.

Worst Hollywood wax I’ve ever received. Firstly, I requested the wax with Nelly (she gave me a great leg and underarm wax a few weeks ago!) but she was nowhere to be seen and another woman did the treatment. Secondly, the waxer left so much hair! I’m just back from the salon and literally now sitting plucking my pubes after having paid £25 to get everything waxed off. I don’t know if the woman who did my treatment needs glasses but it’s unacceptable given I paid full price for a treatment that was half-done. It’s nothing to do with the length of my hair because I waited my usual 5 weeks between appointments. I also got my underarms done in this appointment and there’s still hair there too. I’m so disappointed in this service and will not be returning. I have taken pictures as proof if the salon would like to contact me.
