The appointment started on time which is a bonus! I was shown straight into the therapy room which was clean and bright. I had to wait a little as the wax was too hot, but once we got started the wax was quick, efficient and didn't hurt too much!

Nellie was amazing. This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. I was adamant I needed hot wax for my legs because I’ve been in so much pain in the past from strip wax. Nellie tried her best with the hot wax but my hair wasn’t long enough and it just wasn’t coming out. She was very calming and I let her do the strip wax... and it was the least sore leg wax I’ve ever had in my life!! She holds your leg steady, which is something I’d never experienced before but which really helped with the pain. I always dread getting the back of my legs waxed as it’s the sorest part but it wasn’t even that painful when Nellie did it and it was over in what felt like seconds instead of what usually feels like hours! So glad I’ve found this salon and will definitely be recommending it to my friends.
