Great atmosphere, 5star service
Really happy with my manicure and pedicure
Unfortunately I was kept waiting for for 15 minutes despite having an appointment, but they made me a cup of tea which helped. I do wish more places would be proactive when running behind as I arrived early so waited for 25 minutes when I could have been at home. It was my first time doing reflexology and I said this to the practitioner when I entered the treatment room but the lady didn’t really explain anything to me. After my 60 mins appointment I had to prompt to get any analysis about if she’d found anything. She was then vary vague about it all and said she hadn’t really studied it, which is a shame as I’d heard you can get a lot of information from reflexology about your body health.
The spa itself was lovely and clean and relaxing, would return for other treatments just not reflexology again!
