Went for the first time today and had a great experience. Kim was lovely and very thorough, and the wax was as painless as a wax can be. She also wore a face mask the whole time (I’ve been other places where beauticians just keep on taking it off). Overall really satisfied and will be definitely going back.

The room could have been a bit warmer and a blanket rather than a towel would have been a nicer touch. But overall great massage that really got into my back!
