Ozzy is very welcoming whenever you visit the salon. I have a blow dry every week and a cut and colour when necessary and have always been pleased.

My pedicure was lovely - great foot massage too. Thought I was getting a luxury pedicure but turns out that this was their basic pedicure - much better than any luxury pedicure I’ve had elsewhere!

Did not listen to what I wanted. Cut my hair way too short and a horrible shape. I only asked them to trim a little bit off the back to stop it flicking out.
When I said I hadn't wanted it that short, they just said it looked good and didn't seem to care that I didn't like it. I'm really upset and am going to have to find a way to hide it for months while it grows out.
