Re dipped into wax after applying this is definitely cross contamination, staff talked amongst them self in own language rather than to customers, went to the toilet was disgusting leaking blocked and had to jump when flushed to prevent soaking my shoes waste water travelled as far as stairs.. Had bikini wax was left sore and burnt as wax was rather hot. Wouldn't use again.

I had a great experience here booked a few treatments in one the time given was 1 hour the lady had finished all treatments within 20 minutes and with great results would return in the future.

it was a very nice experience for me as it was my first time.and it was really near from my home
The place looked a bit unhygienic I was shocked. I had to wait some time for the therapist to call me to the room. I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time. Not keen on the same wax spatula used on all clients surely this is not hygienic ????
