Was kept waiting for a while as it seems to be really manic on a Friday. Everyone seemed rushed which meant I didn’t get my complimentary neck and shoulder massage which was a little disappointing. However the colour and blow dry were great and the quality of the service was impeccable. Just a shame I came on a Friday!
