My haircut with James was… mixed. Not really a “Spa” like experience. James was great and I was very pleased with my haircut but it all felt a bit chaotic in the salon. There were a few women that came in after me and a member of staff kept on coming up to James to ask him when he was nearly done. I was there on a Saturday so I can imagine it is normally quite busy at that time. Not sure if I’d go again.

I love this salon, however the whole session was over in less than an hour, after having booked a 90 minute treatment. Part of that involved meditation and reiki which I wasn’t expecting. I didn’t feel like I got what I booked.
