A lovely massage in a very nice environment. The spa were kind enough to accommodate my booking even though there was no confirmation of booking provided to them by Treatwell. I waited for 20 minutes on a comfy couch and then had my lovely massage. The staff were very professional and kind - I would highly recommend PURE spa.

I booked a massage for 40min but after 25minutes I was told it was over.
Clearly not very happy to have very expensive 25minute massage.
I texted the spa to inform them about this mistake - no answer.

Fantastic massage, he really knows his stuff. Would book again. Both me and my husband had a massage and my husband found it very therapeutic too.
