The therapist was friendly but far too rough when removing the top coat of gel polish with a nail file, didn't soak the nails for long enough in the acetone (only about 3 minutes) and then tried to use the nail file to remove the bits of polish that hadn't been soaked off. She damaged nearly every one of my nails by filing the surface too much. I will not go back and do not recommend.

The staff are delightfully friendly, the treatment was caring, the quickest I ever had and is going to keep me coming back! Love this place! ❤
