Strange venue, have to through tacky London gift shop and go up stairs at back. Once there ambience is OK. Staff are lovely and manicure v.good including cuticles. Was also given free bottle of water.

The receptionist was wonderful and accommodating! And the nail technician was efficient, kind, and careful. I absolutely loved my experience with Pure Nail and will absolutely be returning.
