I was very disappointed in my experience here and will not return. I had read good reviews so was excited to try this salon. When I arrived, the nail technician was angry with me as I had 3 nails that needed removal, which I hadn’t realised I had to book an additional removal appointment for. She was very rude even after I was apologetic, as I had never been to the salon before and wasn’t aware that I’d need to book a separate removal. From there, she cut my cuticles on one finger, which bled for ages and is now puffy and infected. The polish has already chipped and peeled off two of my nails after 36 hrs. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by this experience after the service I received.
