Last time I went to Svetlana is was a good manicure! This time there was another lady and even though the manicure was not bad it was weird that she didn't use any water to soak off the cuticle, she slightly pushed it back and then tidied it up with cuticle being dry. Therefore it gave a feeling of manicure not being thorough enough
Sandra was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and she did a great job on my nails. Additionally, all the staff were really welcoming which created a lovely atmosphere.
