Bright, clean and professional. Relatively pain-free wax.
Could have done with going further up the back - I personally hate having to ask (again, a personal thing, but I think it should be the therapist's responsibility to ask!) so just walked out with some hair left back there.

My first ever wax. Betty was amazing, very welcoming, helped to put my mind at ease and kept it as painless as possible.

I wouldn’t recommend. The therapist seemed inexperienced and was trying to pull the wax when it was still wet... this was very painful!

The staff is really nice, they use good products for the skin, everything went well for me
