The front of house was really nice and we discussed their rewards scheme. She gave me a complimentary discount for my next visit as I hadn't been aware of it when I booked through the App.
The treatment was nice and relaxing. Amy the therapist, targeted my lower back, which I'd told her I had problems with and checked whether a bruise on my thigh, was okay to treat.
I didn't use the complimentary spa this time as I had another appointment but I'll definitely use the infrared sauna on my next visit

I booked a 15 minute express massage to see if it would help my sore shoulder and arm following carpal tunnel surgery.
I found it great location for parking. Treatment rooms were very tranquil and relaxing.
The next day Following my appointment my arm and shoulder had improved so much that I have booked a follow on appointment
