The therapist was running 20 minutes late, however I was informed by reception and offered refreshments whilst I waited. The therapist was excellent, very diligent. I was very happy with the service and will return.

As usual, the best Hollywood wax in town. Plus the staff is really lovely and friendly. I am a regular there and I am always happy to come back! Recommend it to everyone:)

It was a very quiet, dark winter night. I was the last appointment. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I got a back massage. Explained my tension points which were focused on particularly despite being a little uncomfortable. The strokes were very fast paced for my liking. The hot stones felt nice and relaxing. I would have liked the style to be a lot more gentle and slow. Overall, an alright experience. Advice given at the end. Nice relaxation area outside the room.

Beautiful salon and very nice staff, a calm atmosphere. I felt relaxed and Afshan was patient and put me at ease. I rated it 4-star because whilst it was fine, compared to other Brazilians I've gotten, I wished they would have been more thorough and taken a bit more time. I understand that doing it fast means more pain but it's over quicker and I appreciate the technique but when I got home, there were still quite a few bits of wax down there and quite a few hairs that I had to pluck out myself. I wish they had used some more soothing product/moisturizer to clean up the leftover wax and just make the experience a bit nicer. I'd still got back and recommend it though.
