Sara is super friendly and professional. It was my first time having an intimate wax and I was fully prepared for it to hurt so much worse. Sara made it as painless as possible and was really gentle. I'm super happy with the results and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend going here for any waxing treatments, especially if it's your first time.
