Lovely chatty stylist,great environment, clean and tidy. The manicure itself was fine (some minor issues with the varnish brush being a bit dry,but I am sure I have been unlucky and it's not a common thing to happen. The stylist did her best to work with it, so I appreciated the dedication).

I booked a 30-min back massage at PURE Spa. The treatment rooms are lovely, very relaxing with spa music and a heated bed. However, my massage ended early and I felt the masseuse was a little inexperienced - she asked me where my problem areas were but did not focus on them during the treatment. I may not go back for a massage but I would like to try out their other beauty treatments.

Lovely Elemis skin radiance booster facial with Poppy! The foot scrub at the beginning was amazing. Look forward to going back!
