Great facial, really relaxing experience and great results for 30min treatment

Poppy was super nice and chatty but unfortunately you could see she hasn't done waxing in a while. She seemed nervous and in rush and because of that she wasnt very thorough. I had patches of hair on my legs left that I later had to shave.

The staff were lovely! Unfortunately the quality of the mani & pedi wasn’t great & I realised when i got home that I had been given an express pedi but paid for a Pure Pedicure.
