Professional staff. Overall look is nice however a few bumps left on the finish of my nails meaning they are not entirely smooth.

Technician was meticulous - it was the most long-lasting manicure I’ve ever had. Very pleased.
Missed a lot of spots and not great technique could use retraining and better wax. Wax stripped everywhere 😬😬 be braver than me and ask them to go over the missed bits. However therapist had very calm hands and would book her for massage
