A very mixed experience. The beautician was lovely, super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and had a good chat. Underarm wax done well, with lots of care taken. Bikini wax was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Very messy, patchy, not all hair removed in the right places. Lots of bits of wax left on me. Disappointed.
