Appalling service! Booked a facial at one branch. Got phone and told due to staff illness that they could not do it. Ok. They moved me to another time at another branch. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. 20 minutes before the new appointment the other branch calls and says they can’t do it either. My first day off in six weeks wasted. Too late to find anywhere else. Would never, ever use again. Interesting to see how long it takes to get my money back.
