Give this place a miss! Much better salons in Edinburgh with a much nicer experience I was kept waiting for 30 minutes before seen. Appointment was at 1130 got eventually taken at 12pm. During that time the manager told me I had booked the appointment twice (I hadn’t) she also said someone phoned me to change the appointment time (they hadn’t). She then told me she was going to find out who had booked the appointment in twice and smack them! Also appointment was advertised with a foot treatment which never happened. Was also supposed to be a 40 minute massage then was told it was only 30 plus a hour facial which only lasted 40 minutes. :(
When I asked my consultant about being shorted in time she said it built in the consultation time which is ridiculous as the ‘consultation’ only needed a few moments.
I’m really not happy. Quite pissed of actually, I paid quite a lot for what I expected to be nice morning at Pure but from being kept waiting to being accused of booking appointments in twice it was not a great experience. The therapist who done my treatment done a really great massage and facial but the whole experience was ruined. Won’t be back. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.
