Gel Nails Manicure
Wasn't very impressed with my Brazilian wax experience. The wax was far too hot. There was quite a bit of wax still left on my skin after the treatment. Didn't feel like a whole lot of care was taken.

Manicure wasn’t very good. All of the cuticles were still there by the end and my hands weren’t very great after the manicure. Overpriced as well.

I wish I could give zero stars. Booked in for a spray tan the day before my holiday. All fine, got patch test, received reminders about my appointment. Arrived 15 minutes before appointment as requested. Discovered on arrival they’d emailed half an hour before (less than an hour before my appointment time) to say my appointment was cancelled. They didn’t even try to call me to let me know. They don’t know how to do refunds - I’m £39 out of pocket and pasty white for my holiday. Great.
