So disappointing, kept waiting as no record of Treatwell booking. Why use the service if you’re not prepared to have accurate free appointment times available. Music from the reception was so loud and people kept running and stomping by the treatment room. I’d also remind you that when your staff members make nasty comments about your customers we can hear every word even our therapists reminding you to keep your voice down as we’re still in the room. Honestly felt awful when I left because of your behaviour.
