Salon was lovely and the staff were too - cannot fault from that perspective and would be interested in trying a different treatment at this salon. However, when I left I still had parts of the gel base left on my nails leaving them not very smooth feeling. For £15 I was expecting a thorough removal and a bit of a tidy up as well (smoothing ridges etc). I wonder if the problem was because I had full gel nail polish as opposed to Shellac. Either way for £15 I expected a lot more.
