If you are getting the gel package I would not spend an extra £14 on the deluxe. Despite arriving earlier for my appointment my hand massage was rushed as the beautician had another appointment. She was lovely and I’m happy my nails are all tidied but not good value for money at all. My feet never touched water, and for that price I’d be wanting a proper pedicure.

Location is poor, building looks grubby. The beautician was running late, even though I appeared to be the only client there. Receptionist had set up her laptop on the manicure tables.
