Booked and prepaid through treatwell. Arrived for appointment to a locked salon and no sign of staff. Multiple attempts to contact the salon failed and eventually I left having wasted a good amount of time and money. From a closer look at other reviews this doesn't seem unusual. Treatments might be good but that only counts if they're actually delivered. I won't be booking again or recommending this place, and I'm not looking forward to trying to get a refund.
From arrival at the spa to leaving again I felt welcome and in a calm atmosphere. The spa was absolutely spotless without smelling of cleaning products.
My massage therapist Verity was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, checking in with me during the massage. I was after a relaxing hour and nearly fell asleep a few times, just what I wanted! I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed and will come here again.
the removal took 1 hour and 15 mins and she had to get another therapist to help. Nails broken during removal and not a good experience at all. To cap it all I had already paid Treatwell in advance but therapist insisted that payment had not gone through. My statement shows payment of £60 to treat well and £48 to Pure Spa!
