I was attracted to this place because of the great deal of the autumn spa package. I was going to go for the more expensive package, but I was told this spa didn't offer this specific treatment because of a 'lack of facilities'. The shop looks lovely and clean and tidy, so this kept me positive. I arrived into the spa and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes over my appointment time with no apology. I was then taken into a small room behind a sliding door with the usual spa bed etc... The woman who was looking after me wasn't really interested in me and didn't say much or personalise the experience to my needs. She then applied creams she shouldn't have to my face, though I told her I had sensitive skin and I came out with a burnt chin. What disappointed me most however, was that during my entire treatment, there was chart music on in the background, I could hear bashing and people speaking on the other side of the door, it just wasn't what I was hoping for. Then as I was trying to leave, the staff weren't friendly, other than trying to sell me products. It may have been a great deal, but I won't be going back.
