The staff were very welcoming and spoke to me about any pain I felt I had and if I felt any particular problem areas in my back before beginning the treatment to ensure the massage benefited me as well as possible.

I've never had a pedicure, I made the appointment as a friend had bought me a gift voucher. It was a lovely relaxing experience and I almost fell asleep whilst having the foot scrub and buff. Also, it was a nice touch being served with cuppa whilst having my treatment.
