Lovely products-never used Leighton Denny polish before, very impressed. Would recommend Silverburn Spa as a haven of peace and tranquillity!
Great massage as always at pure spa and happy to recommend. Very relaxing and great massage tables that are well prepared and warm.
Another great appointment although the spa were running late a bit so I had to wait 10-15mins, but I wasn't in a rush so not really an issue for me.
Staff were extremely welcoming and lovely to talk to. I was extremely happy with my pedicure before I jet off..
Was kept waiting about 10 minutes. The therapist who did the treatment was lovely and I was pleased with the initial result, however after only 4 days several nails started peeling quite badly. I contacted one of the other pure spa venues which is closer to my work to see if the affected nails could be touched up, however they offered to re-do the whole manicure. I was very happy with the result and although I needed to have it removed just under two weeks later, this was for unconnected reasons and I would have got a good few days more out of it. This was great customer service and I would be happy to go to this salon again.
