Quite pricey compared with local salons however good location and an excellent relaxation and chill out spot after a days shopping. My facial was good and my skin felt really nice afterwards however I got an extremely hard sell on the products the therapist was using throughout the facial to the point where I felt that I had actually paid for a presentation on the products! This was quite disappointing and I felt a bit cheated!
The eyelash and eyebrow treatment was fantastic. Cannot remember the therapists name who did this however she was fantastic - even remembering where I worked from me visiting before (and that was the first time I had been in). This therapist also did my waxing and again, was very very good. She made sure I was completely happy with the hair removal before I left.
I found the menu system quite confusing...this could just be me though! Would be interested in hearing what others thought!
All in all, I was hoping to find a new salon/spa which I could get all of my treatments done at once and while I will still go for some, I will continue with my local salon for my facials who don't try and make sure I leave with all of the products! Sorry, but I don't respond well to a hard sell!
Therapist was excellent, had hot stone massage, paraffin wax wrap for feet, elemis facial and scalp massage. Top to Toe 2 for 1 deal is excellent value and you can relax in candlelit room afterwards with a juice or fruit tea. Definitely recommend it after a day's shopping!
This was my first visit to the PURE Spa at Silverburn, although I have used the one in Edinburgh several times. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy with the products (I hate the hard sell you get in some places!) and I really liked the ambiance of the place. My friend liked it too! I'd recommend PURE to anyone looking for somewhere a bit different and not too expensive.
