Kept waiting for 25 minutes (they blamed Treatwell!), therapist then extremely uncommunicative after I complained about the delay. Therapy room has seen better days

I booked in as I was visiting the city and really needed to relax, the spa is an oasis of calm and staff lovely and welcoming. My therapist was soo good, finding all my knots and i left feeling lighter than air and with a lovely new pedicure for the start of summer.
