The tan is great - a lovely colour and good for sensitive skin, and all the staff were really friendly and nice to me throughout. That being said, I was left with blotches on my arms and discolouration on my knees, ankles and wrists because no barrier cream was used or offered. I ended up having to wash the tan off my hands at home and redo it with Bondi Sands. Only one round of tan was done whereas in most places I've also had two. For £30+ I think the staff may need slightly more experience.
Emily did a great job on my Holywood wax and was really friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be going to see her again.
