The massage itself as great but the room was right by reception so I could hear staff and customers chatting the whole way through which kind spoiled it as it made it hard to relax.

Great salon, nice staff. The sitting area for the pedicure is very comfortable and the pedicure itself luxurious.

Booked a deluxe pedicure which cost nearly £50 and was expecting my feet to be moistured and exfoliated but they just filed and painted my nails. Not the description of deluxe pedicure given on treatwell or their website. Felt really rushed like it was an inconvenience. Really disappointed and gutted I wasted so much money just before Christmas. Definitely won't visit this salon again.

Chloe was professional, friendly and gave me a fabulous pedicure. I will definitely go back to her. However, upon entering there were 2 staff on reception (one was new), talking to a man,neither of them made eye contact or said Hello. It was a poor first impression. I have been a receptionist and know the importance of acknowledging a client. They ignored me while I stood there. If I hadn't prepaid my appointment I would have left. At the end there was a different receptionist who was lovely.
