Absolutely fantastic massage here, one of the best I have ever had. The staff were attentive all the way along. It was so relaxing and I certainly felt as though I got my moneys worth even though it was expensive. Whilst I was there Iwas so impressed I bought a gift voucher for a Christmas Present! You were given a robe and flip flops to wear, complimentary apple, orange juice, herbal teas and cold water and could sit in the relaxing bit of the spa after and before your massage too. Brilliant!!

Treatment was supposed to be 50 minutes but only a 40 minute treatment was given. Swedish massage was booked, it was anything but. Therapist didn't seem interested from the minute I got there, barely any pressure used during massage, didn't bother to ask if pressure was ok.
Maybe it was my fault for expecting a good massage on a Sunday morning. Never had any issues at this Spa until now. Would have to think carefully before going back.
