Very nice treatment rooms, cosy and warm. Lovely foot massage, a bit too gentle, had to ask for more pressure but therapist unable to really get in deep. Helped a bit but have gone somewhere else two days later. Disappointed the pedicure had to be moved back to the ground floor after the massage, bit wasn't too put out by that. Pleased there was a lift as I struggle a bit with stairs. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.
