Although the place was spotless and my therapist was super lovely I am very disappointed by my Hollywood wax. I still have quite a fair bit of hair left over. The details of the treatment state full hair removal and that is absolutely not what I got. I'm a bit disappointed as I will still have to shave

Really welcoming but I had to ask for my massage that came with the lash lift lift was odd. They said they presumed I didn't want it but I'm glad I asked because it was a lovely massage, albeit very short.
