Only issue was that there were no gloves available. Stephanie repeatedly sanitised her hands which was reassuring and it wasn't her fault that there were no gloves available.

Salon was lovely, staff friendly but the experience was awful. Wax burned me, therapist didn't seem able to use it properly as she kept getting it stuck. Patchy wax and lumps of wax left on afterwards. Very unpleasant and unprofessional unfortunately

lovely and friendly staff, fab wee spa. Issue is treatwell for refunds as didnt get one of the treatments at Spa, the how to and where to go for refunds isnt ideal, doesnt allow you to refund easily.
