Had a wonderful relaxing massage, staff were so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait till my next one 😊
first of all- I really wanted this to be good. the actual manicure/nail polish/ therapist were good but the level of after care was a bit mediocre. lady said that it would be 10mins after to ensure that nails were dry. 20mins later no one had even spoke to me. I had a bad experience with them a few years ago but wanted to try them again.
I had a nice relaxing back neck and shoulders massage! Extremely polite staff, masseuse made sure I was comfortable with level of pressure etc. Would definitely go again!
the treatment was wonderful and the staff were really polite and helpful. the only thing I have to say is that girls in the reception are a bit posh and judgemental so just a bit of smile and everyone would be amazing!
