Manicure wasn't completed, no cuticle treatment or skin removal. Nails painted but skin around not treated or cared for.

Lovely staff as always with PURE, they take the time to listen to your personal needs and tailor the treatment to you! The treatment room was a little small, especially for the body wrapping progress, but I loved the facial while the wrap was ' doing it's thing' so that made the price a little better!

following a mix up with booking times between Treatwell and West Nile Pure Spa, the team were very accommodating and apologetic. Able to rearrange my appointment very easily. Staff were friendly, the spa was clean and tidy. I've never had eyelash extensions before but I was talked through the process and the member of staff listened to my request that it look natural but noticeable. My nails look beautiful. Even after 4 days the polish is chip free (I didn't get shellac). Very happy!
